Namaskar Travel Services strives to provide a smooth booking and refund process.
1. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are processed in case of cancellations or changes in travel plans, subject to our cancellation policy and supplier terms.
If a tour or service is canceled by Namaskar Travel Services, a full refund will be provided.
2. Processing Time
Refunds will be processed within 7-10 working days from the date of approval.
The refund will be made to the original payment method used during the booking
3. Deductions
Depending on the time of cancellation and supplier policies, certain fees may be deducted from the refund amount (e.g., non-refundable hotel deposits or airline cancellation fees).
